Swapnil will speak on How to Translate a WordPress Theme/Plugin

We have Swapnil Patil as our Prominent Speaker of WordCamp Bhopal. Swapnil is an engineering graduate from Pune. He is tech savvy and evangelist. He is a front-end developer and designer. He has successfully organized WordCamp in Pune city.

swapnilHe will be talking about how & why you should translate WordPress products. He has been with the WordPress community for long and there is a lot more to learn from him.

Swapnil started his WordPress journey back in Jan 2014; Since then, he says to have enjoyed each moment of his professional life. He gets immense happiness in giving back to the community and you can see him contributing in some or the other way, by co-organizing WordCamp Pune, publishing plugins on wordpress.org, being a GTE of Marathi WordPress project, or contributing to the core WordPress project.

When asked to tell us about his talk, he said, “Two-thirds of WordPress users live outside the US. That’s a lot of people who probably speak English as a second language – and also people who develop websites for those who might not speak English at all. So wish to throw some light on translating WordPress. Will be discussing few things I learned through my journey as a GTE for WordCamp”.

He is a man with charming personality and niche knowledge. WordCamp Bhopal is privileged to have him as their speaker.
